A Brief Overview of the Undergoing Activities
The company is operating with support of investors, acquiring the knowledge of related experts in the field of mineral exploration, exploitation, processing and investment spending/ cooperation in mining/industrial projects. This way, producing and providing the primary required materials of Kavir Damghan Steel Complex’s Iron Sponge Company including 180,000 US tons hematite iron ore (Fe-Total grade of more than 58 percent) and 150,000 US Tons thermal coal (ash amounts lower than 15 percent), are going to be provided by Bolour Kavir Mines and Mining Industries Development Company. Hence, this company owed Kalshaneh-2 thermal coal deposit in 2015 and from that time going on systematic exploration activities are undergoing within the mentioned deposit which is located in Tabas County, Southern Khorasan Province, Iran.
Considering the necessity of washing the excavated coals, this company is currently establishing a coal washing plant with annual capacity of 300,000 US tons.
Meanwhile, due to provide the required Iron ore to feed the Stelco-Lurgi/Republic-National (SL/RN) stove of Iron sponge plant, this company is going to owe a proper Hematite deposit, shortly.
